ABOUT THE HOTEL COMPLEX
An attractive feature of the project is the historical architecture of the building:
three rhizoliths, decorated with triangular pediments on the top, the first floor is rusticated, the facade is decorated with stucco architraves, the windows of the second floor are decorated with triangular sandriks, stucco pilasters are arranged along the edges of the house and rhizoliths.
THE AIM OF THE PROJECT:
to add the historic mansion to the company's collection and present St. Petersburg with a high-class boutique hotel, as well as restore the original interior and exterior of the mansion. Interior elements will acquire an original look: a solemn entrance with pedestals along the edges of the steps, arched openings of the vestibule, vaulted ceilings, decorated with ornate consoles, console brackets supporting the elegant front staircase.

House of the Petersburg’s Vice-Governor
and State Councilor Stepan Nikitovich Zavalevskiy was built in 1801 according to the design of Andrei Alekseevich Mikhailov. Among the wooden buildings of that time, it was one of the first stone houses. The project of the mansion was approved by the Tsar Nikolay The First.

In 1857, the third floor appeared in the mansion, and an extension along the facade appeared and acquired the familiar look in the classicism style: a high plinth, an arched doorway, sandriks, rustication of the first floor, pilasters and two pediments, in the tympanums of which round windows are inscribed. A beautiful rounded corner leads the house into the alley.
