Boutique four-star hotel in the historical ensemble of Teplov, built in the 1730s and equipped with the latest technology. One of the most iconic buildings in St. Petersburg with business class apartments. In this project, one of the main tasks was to give a “second life” to a cultural monument, and for the guests of the city to have the opportunity to immerse into the atmosphere of the golden age of the Russian Empire.
During the implementation of the project, we carefully restored the facade of the building, the main staircase, the old wooden entrance group, stucco, chandeliers and original architectural elements. Also, one of the tools for restoring the historical atmosphere was a design project implemented in the style of Catherine's classicism: the elegance of symmetrical lines, ornaments, natural wood and an abundance of mirrors.

A four-star investment club hotel in the historical center of St. Petersburg, near the palace riverwalk of the Neva. The reconstruction of the hotel complex was carried out in accordance with the global trend "NEW DEVELOPMENT": combining retail space, street retail, hotels and apartments in one place. The multifunctional building complex occupies four floors in a detached building. On the ground floors there are: cafe "ACADEMIA COFFEE", wine boutique and bar "ACADEMY OF WINE", a club lounge for guests of the complex and office space.
