ACADEMIA SHUVALOFF MAINSON
ACADEMIA project Shuvaloff Mansion complements the collection of club mansions and boutique hotels of the ACADEMIA HOTELS hotel chain. The project provides the restoration of a house, which was built in 1854 in the historical center of St. Petersburg.
It is an elegant certified 4* hotel with 72 rooms of STUDIO, JUNIOR SUITE, SUITE categories that meet the high requirements of future guests of the complex. Also, for the guests of the complex are available: a winter garden on the territory, a conference room for 30 people, a lobby bar with a Buffet line for guests, a club lounge, a SPA area with cosmetology services and a massage room.
Guaranteed investors’ income from 10-11% per annum
The hotel will be opened in October 2023.

ACADEMIA mansion on Galernaya
Boutique four-star hotel in the historical ensemble of Teplov, built in the 1730s and equipped with the latest technology. One of the most iconic buildings in St. Petersburg with business class apartments. In this project, one of the main tasks was to give a “second life” to a cultural monument, and for the guests of the city to have the opportunity to immerse into the atmosphere of the golden age of the Russian Empire.
During the implementation of the project, we carefully restored the facade of the building, the main staircase, the old wooden entrance group, stucco, chandeliers and original architectural elements. Also, one of the tools for restoring the historical atmosphere was a design project implemented in the style of Catherine's classicism: the elegance of symmetrical lines, ornaments, natural wood and an abundance of mirrors.

ACADEMIA VASILEVSKY
A four-star investment club hotel in the historical center of St. Petersburg, near the palace riverwalk of the Neva. The reconstruction of the hotel complex was carried out in accordance with the global trend "NEW DEVELOPMENT": combining retail space, street retail, hotels and apartments in one place. The multifunctional building complex occupies four floors in a detached building. On the ground floors there are: cafe "ACADEMIA COFFEE", wine boutique and bar "ACADEMY OF WINE", a club lounge for guests of the complex and office space.
